This notice serves to remind all maritime stakeholders, applying for survey of ships of 15 meters or less in length, must ensure that all mandatory requirements are fulfilled and that the ship is ready for survey as specified in the Maritime (Fiji Small Craft Code) Regulations 2014.
Relevant forms and checklist must be filled and verified prior to payment of statutory fees.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted by the Maritime Safety Authority of Fiji (MSAF). The forms and checklist are available at all MSAF offices or can be downloaded from MSAF website www.msaf.com.fj
