  1. All Ship Masters, Ship Owners & Ship Agents for foreign & local ships, Pilots, Port Management Companies/Operators, Marinas and Yacht Clubs are advised of the approach of Severe Tropical Cyclone Harold.
  2. Hurricane warning 023 issued from RSMC Nadi at 071915 UTC
    1. A severe tropical cyclone HAROLD Centre 950hpa Category 4 was located near 18.2 south 175.8 east at 071800 UTC.
    2. Position good, 18.2s 175.8e at 071800 UTC. Cyclone moving east southeast at 18 knots.
    3. Expect sustained winds of 100 knots close to the Centre.

Marine Clearance in the Northern Division for all ships are to cease immediately, Wednesday 08/04/20 at 0900hrs until further notice except for emergency evacuation runs as required.

Ship owners must provide all necessary support to Ship Masters of their ships and exercise good judgment to ensure the vessels are kept safe during the passing of the cyclone.
